GIFT CARD POLICY
Your Gift card is redeemable online at www.designbydavies.com.
By using the card, you agree to these T&Cs. If purchased for someone else then the purchaser must give the user a copy of these T&Cs.
You should retain the original receipt or record of the purchase of the card and the card number as it may be required to provide you with customer services with respect to errors or if your card is lost or stolen.
The minimum amount is £10.
If the cost of the item is more than the gift card then you will need to pay the difference via another payment method.
Please note gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The remaining available balance will be forfeited after which they expire automatically. Design by Davies has no obligation to inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your own responsibility to ensure that any balance is used, in full, before the expiry date.
The card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash.
You are responsible for checking your transaction history online and knowing your available balance.
We reserve the right to correct the available balance of your card if we believe a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
If you purchased the gift card online or over the phone, then you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of the date you received the card.
Design by Davies reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. It is your responsibility to check these gift card T+Cs from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made.
We and the distributor will have no liability for unauthorised access to, or use of your gift card for any delay or inability to use the gift card, or if we have suspended the use of the gift card in accordance with these T&Cs.
